Zina Wright was born on January 15, 1953, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Thomas Elsey and Lucy
Harrison.
Zina was a dedicated woman who worked as a stewardess, created explosives for both
government and commercial use, and served as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) home
provider.
She would like to be remembered for her heart of gold. Zina loved cooking, feeding her
neighbors, and volunteering at the food share located in East Hartford.
She is survived by her children, Terrance, Eddie, and Tyquann, as well as her granddaughters:
Jamilla, Cheyanne, Tanajah, Jurnell, Adrene, and Dolche. Her grandsons include Tyvon,
Tyquann Jr., Andre, Jordan, and Zayquann. Zina is also survived by her sister, Vanessa, and
her daughters: Rosetta (Missy), Jazzmyn, and Regina.
Matthew 22:39, “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”
