Willie "Boy" Coleman

Willie "Boy" Coleman, 83, passed away peacefully Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Village Green of Bristol. He was born October 6, 1935 to the late Ever Lee Thornton in Eufaula, Alabama.   Willie later moved to Granby, CT and started working construction at Tilcon Tomasso where he retired from. He was a hard worker and made sure his family was taken care of.  Willie leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Peggy Coleman and Shirley Ann Coleman of Hartford, two grandkids Markita Morgan and Eddie Coleman of Hartford, A brother Roy Thornton of Hartford, Six sisters Etta, Mary, Vera, Loretta Thornton all of Hartford , Velma Jones of Springfield and Verna Thomas of Alabama. He leaves a host of friends and family.  Willie was predeceased by his loving friend & wife Helen (Buchanan) Coleman.
