Wesley David Crooms

Wesley David Crooms (60) of Hartford, CT passed away on December 29, 2024.  Wesley was a graduate of Hartford Public Schools.  Shortly after graduating he joined the US Army reserved as a Chef.  Wesley was also employed 40+ years at the Hartford Golf Club.

Wesley was humble, respectful and certainly marched to the beat of his own drum.  Wesley brightened up the room because he was always willing to help others.

The circle of people around him varied in all walks of life. Wesley was the last person to judge anyone. Challenges were not unfamiliar, yet he continued to strive for better.  Family was everything to him. His presence will be missed.

Grandfather: Alphonso Lotson of GA.

Uncles and Aunt: Frank Gerond (Sharon) Claud of Bloomfield,  Kenneth Crooms of Windsor, Curtis Iverson, of Newington, Jimmy Iverson, of NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Wesley is predeceased by his parents Willie Lee Iverson and Sheila Crooms.  Uncles Lawrence Iverson, Joseph Iverson, Eddie Iverson, Ronald Iverson and Preston Crooms.
