Vernon G. Davis

Vernon G. Davis Jr. 63, of Bloomfield, CT peacefully entered into eternal rest on December 6, 2017. Born November 6, 1954 at Mount Sinai Hospital. He was the son of Vernon Davis Sr. and Edna G. (Davis) Banks. Pastor Vernon G. Davis Jr, leaves to fulfill his legacy his father- Vernon G. Davis Sr; his loving wife Jenette (Harris) Davis; six children-Tylon (Evelyn), Vernon III, Eboni (Rojanio), Ja'Ron (Andreá), Shane and Destiny; seven siblings-Gerald Sr, Tonette (Curnal), Suzette, Philip Sr, Lisa, Gerri (Cleve) and Gina; eleven grandchildren, eight Godchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. He leaves his vision to be continued on by his church family- New Vision Christian Center. He was predeceased by his mother Edna G. (Davis) Banks. Celebration of Life will Be Saturday December 16, 2017 at 12noon with Calling hours 10am to 12 at St. John’s Full Gospel Deliverance Church; 27 Brown Street Bloomfield, CT. Burial will be Monday December 18, 10 a.m. at Mt. View Cemetery Bloomfield, CT.
