Vanessa Toni Vazquez

“Always Loved, Never Forgotten, Forever missed….”

Vanessa Toni Vazquez born September 29th, 1984, transcended into eternal bliss peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends.  She was a lifelong resident of Manchester, CT and worked as an administrative assistant for the Manchester Board of Education.  Vanessa will be remembered for her beautiful smile, fierce attitude, and nurturing love.  She loved art, enjoyed traveling and was a natural born fashionista.  She was an amazing aunt who loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own.  She then on May 6th, 2021, was able to be blessed with a child of her own.  Vanessa battled Carcinoid Cancer for 8 years and fought it with grace and dignity up until the very end on Monday November 29th, 2021.  As Vanessa would say “It’s never goodbye it’s only see you later”.  She leaves to cherish her memories son Lennox Cru; mother Miriam Cruz; father Edwin Perez; grandfather Andre Montanez (Ana); sisters Wendy, Genese, Ana, and brother Andre.  Nieces Tatyana, Tanajah, Cecilia, God Daughter/Niece Victoria; nephews Ja’Quan, Timio, Bill, D’Andre, Jamarr. 

Vanessa is also survived by her biological father Anthony and siblings.  She also leaves behind an amazing set of friends Latoya, Kaneika and Jessica who remained by her side supporting her through her

journey.  She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Georgina Suarez, Uncle Francisco Montanez, brother Hector Perez, and niece Arianna Jackson.

 Repast will be at West Hartford Conference, 50 South Main Street West Hartford, CT 06107 from the hours of 3pm -8 pm.
