Tracy Louis Howard

Tracy Louis Howard 60, of Hartford, CT entered eternal rest on Sunday December 31,2023 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born on October 18,1963 to Ratha Howard and Robert Talley Sr.

Tracy lived in Hartford all his life and attended Hartford public schools. He served in the United States National Guard. Tracy was very family oriented and loved spending time them. He was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and an avid collector of classic puma sneakers. He was also known as the GRILL MASTER.

Tracy leaves to mourn two daughters LaTrice Olmstead, husband Wata Olmstead and Quanicia Harrigan. He also leaves two grandchildren Azaria Pinto and Nah’ki Williams. Tracy also leaves behind to mourn his mother Ratha Howard and nine siblings. William Mason Jr., Deborah Howard (Mason), Adrina Howard, Lamar (Smokey) Howard and wife Lavonne Howard, Harvey Howard and wife Tanya Howard, Lynette Howard, Carol Howard, Anabell Trimmier and Sammy Trimmier. And Long-time friend Lisa Mack.

Tracy is predeceased by his daughter Tishonda Howard, grandson Syncere Roberts, his father Robert Talley Sr, sister Roberta Talley, Robert Talley Jr, and Vernal Talley. He also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends whom he loved dearly. Repast will be at the Keney Park Pond House.
