Timothy Allen Getty

Timothy Allen Getty, 66, of Enfield, CT departed this life on Sunday, May 21, 2026, at Autumn Lake Healthcare at West Hartford. He was born on May 14, 1960, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to the late Carlton J. Getty and Mary M. (Lambert) Getty.

Timothy was affectionately known for his big heart and generous spirit. Gifted with his hands and always willing to lend a helping hand, he was someone family, friends, and neighbors could depend upon whenever they were in need. He was a dedicated employee of Southern Auto in South Windsor, where he worked faithfully for more than 40 years.

Timothy enjoyed driving and had a passion for motorcycles, fishing, bowling, and auto racing. He devoted more than 20 years of loving care to his parents, demonstrating the same selflessness and compassion that defined his life. A happy man, a loyal friend, and beloved by all who knew him, Timothy touched many lives and will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00 noon at All Faith Memorial Chapel, 90 John Fitch Boulevard, South Windsor, Connecticut.
