Tiffany Samantha Nicole Stevenson

Tiffany Samantha Nicole Stevenson, beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend, departed this life on October 25, 2025, surrounded by love. Tiffany was born at Hartford Hospital to Palivia C. Copeland and Reginald L. Penson, and from the very beginning, she brought light, laughter, and love to all who knew her.

Tiffany’s greatest joy in life was her two beautiful children — her son Bryce’son Keith Howell and her daughter Bay’leigh Palivia Melody Romain. She loved them with her entire soul; they were truly her world, the heartbeat of her life, and her reason for every smile.

In addition to her children and parents, Tiffany leaves to cherish her memory her stepmother, Sharon Penson; her grandmother, Marjorie Copeland; her uncle, Michael Ferrier; her aunt, Beverly Naylor; her sister, Kamisha Penson; her brother, Reginald Penson Jr.; her son’s father, Brandon K. Howell; and her daughter’s father, Daniel Romain. She also leaves behind her adored nieces Ashiyah Ramsey and Kamyrah Elmore; her nephews Rakim Ramsey and Christopher Jr.; along with a host of loving cousins, extended family, and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close.

Tiffany was preceded in death by her brother, Keith Jennings and stepbrother, Christopher Rondell Elmore; her great-grandparents, Jessie and William Copeland; her grandparents, Edna Howard, George Penson, and Harry Lawrence; her aunts, Kathy Moody, Janice Howard, and Marilyn Copeland; her uncle, Zachary Copeland; and her cousins, Tia Copeland and Lushawn Copeland.

Tiffany’s presence was a gift — her laughter contagious, her heart generous, and her spirit resilient. She will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and deep love for family. Though her time here was far too short, the love she shared will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched.

Her legacy of love and light will live on through her children and all who were blessed to know her.
