Tanisha Lynn (Johnson) Middleton

Tanisha (Johnson) Middleton (50), of East Hartford, entered into eternal rest with God on December 18th 2023, at Home after a short battle with cancer.

She was born September 22, 1973 in Hartford, CT to the late Leo V. Johnson and late W. Belle Johnson. Tanisha attended East Hartford High School which is where her love for the medical field began. She grew to be a well respected asset and advocate to the health and wellness field.

She was a devoted wife to Dana Middleton Sr., whom she married July 3, 2011. In addition to her husband, she leaves to mourn her loss and cherish her memories, son Michael Johnson (32), daughter Elonna Johnson (29), son Jakhi Middleton (10), granddaughters Jayla Belle (10) and Meadow Johnson (9) and Bonus Children, Di’Ana, Alexa, Dee-J and Precious. She also leaves behind a brother Rodney Johnson Sr. (55)

In addition to her parents, Tanisha was preceded in death by her eldest brother, Raleigh V. Johnson.

Tanisha will always be remembered as a loving woman who cherished those near and dear to her heart. Her joyous smile could light up a room and her family first spirit always brought her people together. She was a Creator, a Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt and Best Friend. She truly embodied loyalty, love, and strength.
