Shantay Clark Obituary
Shantay Clark, 26, passed away on February 3, 2018. She resided in East Hartford, CT. She was born to Charles Outlaw and Regina Clark. She was a member of Blue Hills Baptist Church. She was an Employee of Dollar Tree Warehouse. Besides her parents, she is survived by a sister, Lavasha Outlaw, two brothers Brandon Outlaw and Michael Griggs; a host of other family and friends. Memorial service will be Friday, February 16, 10 a.m. at ALL FAITH MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 90 John Fitch Blvd. So. Windsor, CT.
