Rachad Marchis Gill

Rachad Marchis Gill also known as “Chad or BI” born on December 1, 1982, was called to rest in heaven.

at the age of 40 on Sunday May 14, 2023. A resident of Bloomfield, CT he attended Bloomfield High and

later graduated with his GED from the Hartford Adult Education Program. Proudly, on May 12, 2023

Rachad graduated from “The Better Choice Program” and obtained his ServSafe certification. Rachad

had such an infectious smile that could light up an entire room with the pleasant energy to match, he

touched the lives of everyone he knew, and always was the life of the party. Before his demise Rachad

worked for Trader Joe’s warehouse in Bloomfield, CT and as a Technician for Valvoline in Glastonbury,

CT.

Rachad leaves to cherish his memory his Mother Sherenett Hollis, Father Cedric Gill (Stracy) and special

mother Bernadette Fitzpatrick; Maternal grandmother Alice Hollis, Paternal grandfather Glenville Gill;

Maternal aunt Debbie Hollis; Paternal aunt Chara Gill and Angela Coye-Smith: Paternal uncles Jason Gill,

Wesley Richardson (Gwen); his youngest daughter Peyton Marie Gill (Tamia Spence) and one son

Marquis Gill (Sheena McDonald): Maternal siblings Shawn Canada Jr, Lashawna Canada, and Kesha

Canada; Paternal siblings Marriece Robinson, Martraya Robinson, Terraina Robinson, and Tashia

Robinson; Maternal cousin Jania Little; Special cousins Jahki Gamble (Esthefany), Corey Hollis (Taleah),

Keith Brown; Paternal cousins Ashley, Wesley, Amber, Brian, Avery, Aubrey, and Amari. A host of

cousins, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

Rachad it broke our hearts to see you go but it warms our heart to know you are reunited with your

preceded loved ones; Ryan Marie Gill (Daughter), Izeal Hollis (Maternal grandfather), Vivian Coye and

Millicent Gill (Paternal grandmothers).
