Patrick Charles Bolden

Patrick Charles Bolden was born on September 25, 1966, to Charles W. Bolden & his predeceased mother Alna Louise Bolden in Hartford, Connecticut. Patrick is survived by siblings Angela Marie Frank (Rebecca Frank) and Gregory Lee Bolden as well as loving nieces: Briana Patterson, Chelce Patterson, Ash-Leigh Bolden, Samantha Womack (Damar Womack); nephews: Gregory Bolden, Jr., Rondell White, Ryan Bolden, Malachi Bolden and Curtis Daniel.  

Patrick was a quiet and timid soul that loved to share a laugh and spend time with close friends and family. He was known for his deep connection with music and spent much of his time relaxing to his favorite tunes. He was a kind and compassionate man that always offered an uplifting word and saw the positive in people and situations. Patrick was never going to conform to what he did not believe in and was not afraid to be the unique man that God created. Anyone that knew Patrick knew he was a, ‘mommas boy,’ who was deeply impacted by his mother’s passing-the belief that Alna was present during each moment of his transition brings our family much peace. 

In moments like these we are reminded of how short and precious life can be. In honor of Patrick, let us all look inward and seek out each of our traumas/fears and transfix them into empowerment and persevere toward an everlasting state of change.
