Pamela (Brown) Bartley, went to her eternal rest 11/11/2015. Born in Hartford 5/26/1957, the daughter of Celestine Joyce (Williams) Lucas and the late Oliver Brown, Sr.

Besides her Mother, she leaves 3 children; Tyrone Herring (NY) Cortland Rust of Htfd, and Ericka (Rust) Bowman (MD); a brother Oliver Brown, Jr. (Joyce), of Waterbury and four sisters, Valerie Brown, Windsor, Lisa Brown, Rocky Hill, Jennifer Lane, GA, Stacey Brown (Troy) of Manchester and a host of other family and friends.
