Maureen Lois Smith

Our beloved Maureen Lois (Coleman) Smith, departed from this life peacefully on July 8th 2025 in South Windsor home.  Maureen is pre-deceased by her husband Samuel Julian Smith and her parents Gladys and Melvin Coleman and her brother Melvin Coleman Jr. She is survived by Two sisters Kathleen Merritt her Twin, and Betty Bowden.
Maureen also leaves behind amazing children Anthony Coleman, Gisele C Smith and Tasha Smith Jones and her son-in-law Jamal Jones, Loretta McCoy, Vicki Smith Davis, Gary Smith, (Sammy Jr. Pre-Deceased) she has a host of Grandchildren Marcus, Brittany, Ajia, Trendel, Jaquan, Tayja and Mi'Love, Anthony, Shanequa, Latoya, Micheal, (Lamont  Pre-Deceased) John-John, Kareem, Michelle, Stephanie, Karla, Natasha, Willie,  (Edward Pre-Deceased) Desmond, Gabby, As well as Host of Great-Grandchildren several cousins nieces and nephews. 

Time plus pleasure allows our family to be thankful and grateful for all the love she has instilled in each and every one of us. 
Maureen's passing has left a void in the hearts of all her family and friends. 
She is gone but never forgotten.
