Lavar "Vardy" Jerome McEachin

Lavar was born in Richmond, Virginia on June 7, 2004 to parents Larry McEachin Jr and Porsha Lewis.  He departed this life on October 31, 2022. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Mary Wilkins-Hendley, grandfather Rodney Wilkins; uncle Rodney Wilkins & grandmother@heart Armetta Morris.

On August 8, 2010, at the age of six he confessed his life to Christ through baptism joining the body of faith at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. On July 9, 2017 he joined the body of faith at New Beginnings Church. 

Lavar’s memory lives on through his parents Larry McEachin Jr. (Shalaya), Porsha Lewis (Willie “Scoota” Davis), Jazzmen Moore (aunt & 2ndmom); brothers Larry III, Lonell McEachin,  Jerome Johnson IV & Jermoni Davis; Sisters Sahiya & Zyaire Davis, Lariel & Laila McEachin & Shiya Scott; great-grand parents Anne-Marie Stewart,William “Junie” Smith (Donna); grandparents Larry  McEachin Sr, Joyce McEachin, Robert Lewis , Donna Clegg (Bryan); aunts and uncles Charlene Manson (Andre), Nicole Kirby (Rashid “Uncle Dirdy”), Andrea Lundy, Sophia McEachin, Billy & Charles Landry & Jamahr Jackson, host of cousins, family & friends.
