Jerome Patrick Jacobs

Jerome P. Jacobs, 50, of Hartford, CT departed this life on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at Saint Francis Hartford. Born on August 12, 1966, to the late Lawrence Jacobs, and Lois Reese Jacobs Cole.

Besides his mother he is survived by his son Jerome Jacobs, one sister Wanda Jacobs, three loving nephews, Traceston Newton, Lawrence Jacobs, and Carl Patrick, and a beloved niece Brittany Jacobs. As well as two great nieces whom he adored Shanai and Amaya Lennon. He also leaves behind 3 aunts, one uncle and many cousins and beloved friends. Jerome was predeceased by brothers Lenord Jacobs and Andrew Jacobs.

Jerome attended school in Hartford and was a graduate of Weaver High School. Jerome loved his family immensely. He was a very generous person who was always willing to help out whenever he could. He was one who brought joy and happiness to others. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of experiencing his love.
