 Jackqueline Tashima Johnson, 63, peacefully passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at her home in Manchester CT. She is survived by her children Keith, Dana and John Hebert ; grandchildren Zanaija, Azeria, Jaylon, Naomi, and Jayce. Calling hours 3 pm. and funeral service 4 pm will be held at All Faith Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, July 10 2018. Her repast will be held at Army & Navy club in Manchester CT.
