Gabriel Johnson

Gabriel Johnson was born November 6th, 1962, to the late Senia and

Rosemary Johnson.

He taught chess at Simpson Waverly while working at Duteel construction.

He also worked at Allen and Goodman Distribution. He was a custodial

engineer in the Hartford school system and a courier for Beavx for many

years until he got hurt on the job.

He leaves to cherish found memories with his wife of 17 years Cathy

Johnson. Also, his children Brad Ingram of Middletown CT, Marcus Jones

of Manchester CT, Jaineca Gaston and Bryon Tomlin of Tariff Ville CT,

Anica Gaston of Meriden CT, Ivy (Barkley) Johnson and step daughter

Shani Nailah of Baltimore Maryland. Stepdaughter Shontay Ross and

Stepsons Thomas Ross and Quinnshawn Ross of East Hartford, CT.

He also leaves his siblings Casandra Grant Manchester CT, Lucretia

Johnson, Stephanie Lewis and Edward Dunlap, Velma and Joel Proffitt of

Hartford CT. Solomon and Barbara Johnson of Virgina. In laws Jessie and

Charles Moore 2nd from W. Hartford CT, Patricia and Author Robinson of

New Britian CT. Diane and Adam Alston of Manchester CT, Deborah Jones

of Hartford CT, Byron Jones of Mississippi, and several grandkids.
