Edward Hayes Bradford

Edward Hayes Bradford (Brad), son of the late Herman and Denerzaid Bradford passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 8, 2021.  He was born in Birmingham. Alabama on February 19,1931.       
Brad as he was affectionately called attended North Carolina A&T University.
After serving in the Army, he was employed by the United States Post office until his retirement.

He was a long-time member of Union Baptist Church serving on the Trustee Board and as a member of the Jackson Gospel Choir.

Brad was an avid bowler and was a member of the Post Office Bowling League.  He bowled until his health would no longer allow him to do so.

Besides his parents, Edward was predeceased by his wife Beverly, son Darryl, sister, Deborah Billups, brothers Charles and Herman Bradford.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Terri Sims of GA; son Edward Bradford, Jr of AL; grandchildren, Nicole Bradford of GA, Darryl Bradford of CT, and Theodore Bradford of AL; adopted granddaughters, Shakeria Derricott of NC and Tianna Johnson of MA; a good friend who was like his daughter Latisha Seymour of CT; brothers in law Rodney (Gladys) Morgan of CT and Armstead (Muriel) Morgan of NC; several nieces, nephews, and friends whom he loved.
