Dolores “Momma Dee” Bailey, 67, of Manchester, CT departed this life on November 26, 2014. She was born in Hartford, CT on December 3, 1946 to Eva Smith and Leroy WILLIAMS. Celebration of her life will take place on December 6, 10 a.m. with calling hour 9 a.m. at Wayfaring Ministries, 314 Woodbridge ST. Manchester, CT. Burial will be in East Cemetery, Manchester.
