He is survived by his daughter, Sheryl Williams; his mother, Jessie Baker and late father, Charles Sr.; six siblings, Charlotte, William, Rose, Cleve and Joey Baker and Cora Banks; a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Monday, April 13, 11 a.m. with calling hour 10 a.m. at ALL FAITH MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 90 John Fitch Blvd. South Windsor, CT. Burial will be in State Veteran Cemetery, Middletown, CT.
