Bunny Lloyd Walker, age 66, of Manchester, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2026. Born on September 9, 1959, in Porus, Manchester, Jamaica, he was the son of the late Vincent and Adina Walker. He proudly attended Porus Primary and All Age School before migrating to the United States over thirty years ago, settling in Manchester, Connecticut, where he worked as a dedicated Machine Operator.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Vincent Walker (2023) and Adina Walker (2019), as well as his cherished nephew, Lamar Walker (1995).
Bunny leaves behind a vast legacy of love, beginning with his devoted wife of 30 years, Mauvlet Walker, who resides in Jamaica. He was the proud father of three children: Raquel Walker, Vincent Walker, and Oshane Walker; and a loving stepfather to Natalee Smalling and Winston Evans. He is survived by his seven siblings: Patrick Walker of Porus, JA; Clifford Walker (Vinnette Bowers) of Hartford, CT; Majorie Walker of Hartford, CT; Michael Walker (Deon Walker) of East Hartford, CT; Lennox Walker of West Hartford, CT; Kimberly Walker of Hartford, CT; and Dowen Walker of Hartford, CT. His joy lives on through his 7 grandchildren, alongside a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and deeply cherished friends.
Beyond his career, Bunny will be long remembered for his passion for old-school music and classic Western movies. An exceptionally charming man who loved a good banter and left a lasting impression everywhere he went, he was truly old-school at heart and famously held a deep appreciation for sharp style and a good pair of Clarks shoes. His greatest joy was his cooking; his incredible culinary skills were praised by all, and his food naturally brought everyone together during backyard BBQs and unforgettable family celebrations. His memories will live on in our hearts forever.
