Beverly Jones Winful

Beverly Jones Winful, 74 of Manchester, CT.,passed away on Tuesday (May 23, 2017) at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. She was born in Hartford, CT. on November 22, 1942 to the late William Jones, Sr. and Elizabeth Jones. She was a faithful member of South United Methodist Church in Manchester, CT. where she served in the Nursery and Pre-K Class.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters Michelle Thomas (Charles) of Virginia and Eleanor Hosein of Manchester, and a son Carl Winful of Manchester, two brothers, William (Jackie) Jones Jr. of Windsor and Ted (Lena) Jones of Newington, and a very special sister, Nancy Oliver of E. Hartford.   

She also leaves seven grandchildren, Tynisha Simpson, Tawana and Shawnda Shelton of Manchester Dominique and CJ Thomas of Virginia, Makalah and Jayden Winful of Manchester and two great grandchildren Jakai Shelton and Domani Hunter.     

A host of other relatives, friends and those who worshipped with her will also miss her dearly. She was predeceased by another sister, Carolyn Hardy.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 11:00 am with a Viewing at 10:00 am at South United Methodist Church, 1226 Main St. Manchester, CT. 06040. Repast will follow.
