Anthony Jerrod Jerrell Kerr

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Anthony Jerrod Jerrell Kerr, who left us far too soon at the age of 16 on March 22, 2026. Anthony was a bright and beautiful light in the lives of everyone who knew him. He was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, inquisitive mind, compassion, and remarkable maturity. Whether he was at school or staying after to assist with projects, Anthony lived his life with energy and authenticity, always striving to do his best and uplift those around him. He was a devoted son to Jerrod and Sherlyral Kerr, and a loving brother, grandson, godson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Anthony shared a special bond with his family, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. Anthony attended Springfield Renaissance School, where he formed meaningful friendships and earned honor roll recognition. Though he did not always reach every goal he set for himself, he was constantly encouraged to strive for greatness, follow his dreams, and work hard especially by influential teachers like Mrs. Dill, who made a lasting impact on his journey. Anthony dreamed of becoming an engineer, and his determination and spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him. Though his time with us was far too short, the love Anthony gave and the memories he created will live on forever in our hearts. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor and remember his life.
