It is with profound sadness that

we announce the unexpected

passing of Anthony Curtis Cross

on April 29, 2025. Anthony was born

in Hartford, CT on May 14, 1972, to

parents Carolyn Jean Frazier-Cross and

Lemont Cross, Sr.

Anthony leaves to cherish his memory,

siblings Alvino Keith Frazier of East

Hartford, CT, Terry Frazier of Trenton,

NJ, Lemont Cross, Jr. of Hartford, CT

and sister Adriana Cross of St. Louis,

MO. He also leaves his aunt Lonie

Speight of Hartford, CT, uncles Stanley

Frazier (Claudette) of Wingdale, NY,

Danny Cross of Chicago, IL, Donald

Cross of St. Louis, MO and a host of

other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his

parents Carolyn Jean Frazier-Cross and

Lemont Cross, Sr. Also, uncles Ira Alva

“Bubba” Frazier, Jr., Lafayette Frazier,

grandparents Ira Alva Frazier, Sr.,

Lucille Frazier, Curtis Franklin Cross

and Estelle Pearl Cross.

Anthony attended Hartford Public

Schools and was a complex and unique

individual. While his life was not

always easy, he will be remembered for

his amazing smile, strong will, kind

heart and willingness to help others.

Anthony’s memory will live on in the

hearts of all who knew and loved him,

and he will be deeply missed.
