Andra Elizabeth “Toot” Napper-Brown of East Hartford, CT, age 51 transitioned on June 18, 2023. She was born March 5, 1972 to Henrietta “Bonnie” Napper and Alfred “Brady” Pertillar.
She was a graduate of Weaver High School. She worked for the State of Connecticut as a Developmental Services Worker. Also, she was enrolled at Stone Academy for her RN license. Andra was ambitious, a hard worker, and had a passion for others. This is where she shined and displayed her love. Her laugh and smile lit up every room she walked into. Andra was enthusiastic, and went over and beyond to lend a helping hand. She was a no non-sense woman of integrity with a big heart.
Andra “Toot” leaves behind to cherish her memory two daughters: Adrina (Thomas) Bozeman of Manchester, CT; Janaya Brown of West Palm Beach, FL. and one son Marvin Henry Jr. of East Hartford, CT. Also six loving grandchildren: Anijah Drummer, A’Nialyn Henry, James Henry, Nevaeh Bozeman, Sha’Niyah Henry and Marvin Henry III.
She also leaves in memory three sisters: Loretta (Ian) Jones of Wellington, FL., Linele “Neen” Hill of Windsor, CT. and NaKisha Lester of New Britain, CT. Two nieces: Shanele (Jason) Colon of New Britain. CT; Ebony (Quincy) Okolie of Novia Scotia, Canada; three nephews Johnell Napper of East Hartford, Keith Hill Jr. of East Hartford and Michael Huggins Jr. of Wellington, FL. A devoted best friend of many years Stephanie Burns of Hartford, CT and a host of aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends.
