Blessed are they that mourn, for they will be comforted. Only those who experience love have the capacity for sorrow. May our sorrow be comforted by the many funny, warm thoughts and fond memories of Alvin.

God's love and support will sustain the family at this difficult time.

Alvin was loved and will be missed so much by us. He was so witty and fun loving. When we were younger adults, visiting CT, he made sure that we had a fantastic trip, just by spending time with us and taking us out on the town. Alvin was like an older brother. His caring heart will always be remembered. There is comfort knowing that he is with the Lord and has been reunited with Uncle Pat, Aunt Rena and Moses. May God keep His loving arms around all of us who truly loved him. We were so blessed to have had Alvin with us for the time God promised. May all of us in the family find peace, love and comfort when recalling our precious memories of him.
